Notarial documents

Handling for eligible Danish notarial acts, powers of attorney and declarations.

A professional reviewing document preparation

A service matched to your document

A privately signed document does not automatically qualify for an apostille. A relevant Danish notarial endorsement may be required first.

What we review before proceeding

We review the type of notarial act and the intended use, then agree the handling. Danish or English text is required for the relevant notarial route; an additional language can be included. Not every notarised document is accepted for legalisation.

A Danish notarial endorsement does not turn a foreign-issued document into a document that the Danish Ministry can apostille.

Personal handling with a defined scope

Tell us about the document, your deadline and the organisation that will receive it. We clarify which preparation and handling we can offer and identify any questions that need to be resolved first. Where additional certification or translation is relevant, the responsibilities and any separate costs are agreed in the proposal.

Arranging your document from abroad

You can start the conversation wherever you are. We provide instructions for the agreed service before asking you to arrange delivery or official document forwarding. Please keep originals safe and wait for our instructions rather than sending them with an initial enquiry.

Your quote and next step

Our apostille service is €245 and includes DHL Express return to your address. The same service price applies across document categories. We confirm the document, required preparation and arrangements before paid work begins. For several documents, request confirmation of the total.
