Essential form security
The homepage and contact page set the DA_FORM session cookie to protect submissions and help prevent repeated requests. It is a first-party session cookie, marked Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax. It is not used for advertising or profiling. The server session holds security tokens and timing information; it does not store your message as a customer database.

External services
Following our WhatsApp link takes you to an external service with its own technologies and terms. We do not embed a WhatsApp tracking widget. Your email provider also has separate privacy practices.
Administration and your browser
The retained WordPress administration may use its own essential login cookies. This notice describes the new public pages. You can delete cookies in your browser, although disabling the form security cookie can prevent submission. Email info@danishapostille.com if you prefer to contact us directly.
Optional analytics: if you accept analytics in the consent panel, we load Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to measure page visits, WhatsApp clicks, email clicks and confirmed form submissions. We do not send names, email addresses, entered document details or WhatsApp message contents. Automatic outbound-link and form tracking are disabled. Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) may persist for up to two years. Your consent choice is stored in this browser for 180 days. You can refuse or withdraw using Cookie settings; essential form security remains available. Google processes analytics data on our behalf and international transfers may occur under applicable safeguards. See policies.google.com/privacy for Google’s privacy information. Advertising storage, Google signals and personalised advertising are disabled.
